  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our fulfillment center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
